Chair Yoga: encourages the body to stretch and strengthen while incorporating breathwork for optimum flexibility and health. Postures and breathing exercises are performed while sitting on a chair and standing using the chair for support. Especially beneficial for people with limited mobility.

Gentle Yoga: a slower Yoga practice focused on releasing tension, stress reduction, stretching, strengthening and balance to gain strength and flexibility. Gentle Yoga incorporates standing, sitting, and lying positions, requiring students to have the ability to get up from and down to the floor unassisted.

Yoga for Ski Conditioning: a well-rounded practice for any outdoor winter enthusiast. Designed for those who want to feel strong and flexible on the slopes while enhancing their performance. This sequence of stretches and strength building postures focus on a strong core, powerful legs, balance, and flexibility to carve down the mountain.

Private Sessions and Customized Classes: prepared and personalized just for you and tailored to your style, objectives, and group size. Whether you have limitations in mobility, chronic illness, surgery or injury recovery, or are completely able-bodied, all experience and fitness levels are accommodated. These sessions can be held in the studio, your residence, workplace, vacation rental, and other location options across Chaffee County, CO.
